- Q: What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?
A: A service charge for the full amount of the scheduled service will be applied to appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24-hours notice. We respectfully request that appointments be rescheduled or canceled via phone with more than a 24-hour notice to avoid incurring this fee. In the event of a scheduled appointment being missed without prior notification (no-call, no-show), a 100% charge of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file.
- Q: Do you have on-site parking?
A: Joon offers complimentary parking in the Belle Arts parking garage with entry located on 107th Ave NE. Please utilize the spots marked with Joon's signage and use the elevator to take you to the 1st floor. From there, exit left towards 108th Ave NE and use our main entrance to enter the spa.
- Q: Do I need to wear or bring anything specific with me to my appointment?
A: We will provide a robe to change into or wear over your top, slippers, and a locker to store your personal belongings. We advise against wearing thicker turtle neck sweaters or hooded sweatshirts unless you want to change out of them when putting on your robe. Other than that, nothing special is needed from you!
- Q: I’ve never been to a head spa, what should I expect at Joon?
A: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Upon arrival, you'll be shown your locker and robe and will receive your pre-scalp analysis. You'll choose your fragrance journey for your session and be led to the spa room where your treatment will begin. To wake you back up from your serene calm state, you'll enjoy some peace in our calm room with complimentary tea before entering the styling area for your post-scalp analysis and blow out.
- Q: Are there specific instructions for washing my hair before my appointment?
A: To fully cleanse your scalp and hair, we will perform a double shampoo of your hair so no need to wash before your appointment.
- Q: Do you service all hair types and textures? What if I have extensions?
A: Absolutely! We care for all hair types and textures but ask that if you have hair extensions that you book with us between move-ups.
