- Q: When is my Membership billing date?
A: Your membership will be charged to your payment method of choice on the date your membership was purchased for each following month, meaning if you purchased on February 12th, you'll be billed again on March 12th, April 12th, and so on. Please note that billing dates may slightly vary depending on holidays and your bank.
- Q: What is the cancellation policy for my Membership?
A: All Memberships follow a 3-month commitment (3 billing cycles). After your commitment has been fulfilled, all Memberships transition to month-to-month, and you can cancel any time before your billing date.
- Q: Can I gift my Birthday Blowout or my membership benefits?
A: No. Gifting your Membership perks is not permitted, but memberships do include the ability to share your member pricing with one friend monthly so they can enjoy member pricing with you.
- Q: My Birthday is a few months away, but I think I'm going to cancel my Membership before it's here. Can I still redeem my comp Birthday Blowout during my Birthday Month if I'm no longer a Member?
A: No. To redeem your complimentary Birthday Month Blowout, you must hold a current Joon Membership and redeem it during the month of your Birthday.
- Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A: Please call the spa at (425) 216-6800 to speak to a staff member to cancel your Membership or email our team at [email protected]. You must have completed your commitment and give notice before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
- Q: I want to let my friend redeem my shared membership pricing benefit this month. Do I have to be present at the spa for them to get the $20 off?
A: Yes. The shared membership pricing benefit is only redeemable if your guest receives a service alongside you.
- Q: Do my Membership perks roll over?
A: Yes! Whatever perks you don't redeem in a month will roll over into the next month to use at your convenience.
- Q: What if I need to update my payment method on file for my Membership?
A: Please call the spa at (425) 216-6800 to speak to a staff member to update your payment method on file. Joon by Joe Bae reserves the right to cancel any memberships with outdated or declined payment methods.
